Luljeta Petani

She graduated with the title "Lawyer" in 1974 at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

In 1999, she was granted the license to practice the profession of lawyer, at the Durrës Chamber of Advocates.

From 1994 to 1999, she served as a judge in the Court of Appeal of Tirana and Durrës.

From 1983 to 1994, she performed the duties of Deputy Prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of the Durrës Judicial District and then the head of the Appeals Prosecutor's Office for the District Court in Durrës.

Meanwhile, for 8 years she was a member of the General Prosecutor's Office.

In 1974, she worked as a Prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of the Durrës Judicial District.

Av. Luljeta Petani has participated as a legal advisor in many international arbitration cases as well as criminal and civil cases that have been judged by the "Human Rights" Court in Strasbourg.

Ina Elezi

Born in Cittadella, Italy on 01.26.2001. She graduated from Luarasi University in the Faculty of Law with cum laude results where she is still continuing her higher studies for a scientific master's degree in "Civil and Commercial Law" . She has completed various trainings in the field of law and is also part of the "Luarasi" Legal Clinic.

From 2022 onwards, she practices as a lawyer at the Petani Law Studio.

Esmeralda Dregjoni

Born in Dibër on 11.12.1989, she has been a lawyer since 2014. She graduated as a lawyer at the "Justiniani I" Faculty of Law, "Juridical" Branch in Tirana, with very good results, and received the title of 'Professional Master' in Civil Law and Public Administration at the Faculty of Law "University of Tirana", 2017 - 2019 and at the same time she received the title of "Scientific Master" in the branch of "Public Administration" at the University "Aleksandër Moisiu" Durrës.

Since 2018, he is a lawyer at Petani Law Firm.

Edmond Hyka

Edmond Hyka was born on 21.06.1966 in Durrës. He graduated from the University of Tirana in the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, law branch, in 1983. From December 1983 to December 1993, he worked as an investigator at the investigators of Fier-Tirana-Durrës districts. On January 1, 1993, he was appointed head of the Durrës judicial district prosecutor's office until February 1996. From 1996 to 1999, he was appointed prosecutor at the Durrës Judicial district prosecutor's office. From 2000 to 2005, he worked as a lawyer. In May 2005, he was appointed prosecutor at the Durrës Appeals Prosecutor's Office and from July 2006 to April 2022 he worked as a prosecutor at the Tirana Appeals Prosecutor's Office.

In 2011, he graduated from Justiniani I University with a second-level master's degree in Criminal Law.

Fatime Kokici

Born in Durrës on 30.12.1995, she has been practicing law since 2019 and that of lawyer in 2021. She graduated as a lawyer at the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences in Durrës and at the same time received the title of "Master of Science" in Private Law at the University Aleksander Moisiu" Durrës.

She has completed various trainings and received a certificate from the Institute of Fiscal Experts in 2021, for professional training in Public Prosecutions.

She is also equipped with certificates in the field of Negotiation, Mediation and Reduction of Violence against Women...etc.

From 2022, she is a lawyer at the Petani Law Firm.

Edlira Topi

Born in Fier on 04.08.1989, she has practiced the profession of financier since 2010 and that of economist since 2012. She graduated in finance from the Faculty of Business, Business Administration Branch, Vlora, and at the same time received the title of ``Professional Master'' for Marketing Analysis, Project Management and Public Finance.

From 2016 onwards, she is a financial expert for the financial policies and consultancy of Petani Law Firm.

Irena Saliu

Born in Korça on 01/03/1972, she has practiced the profession of financier since 1994 and that of economist since 2000. She graduated in finance from the Faculty of Business in Tirana.

Since 2000, she has specialized in accounting policies and relations, an expert in tax law and relations with Tax authorities, analyzes and consultancies for banking procedures.

From 2019 onwards, she is a financial expert for financial policies and consultancies, banking policies and legal economic analyzes of clients of Petani Law Firm.

Nina Petani

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria on 07.07.1985, she has been working as a specialist in cyber problems since 2017. She graduated from UNYT, New York University Tirana, where she received the title of "Professional Master" in Information Systems Management.

Since 2018, she is an expert in cyber issues and responsible for Human Resources at the Petani Law Firm.

Françeska Miraka

Born in Greece, Athens on 07.06.1998, she has been practicing law since 2021 and that of lawyer in 2023. She graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law in Tirana and at the same time received the title of "Master of Science" in Public Law at Mediterranean University of Tirana. She participated in various trainings where she was awarded certificates. She has also participated in several seminars related to "Human Rights", "Business Rights", etc. From 2023, she is a lawyer at the Petani Legal Studio.

Viola Petani

Born in Durrës, on 07.02.1984. She graduated in 2007 with the title of Lawyer at the Faculty of Law at Luarasi University with magna cum laude results. In 2008 she obtained the title of Advocate, from 2009 to 2013 she was employed in the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of Durrës. In 2013, she was granted the license to practice the profession of Notary.

Florjana Kellezi

Born in Korça on 18.04.2000. She graduated as a lawyer at the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, "Justice" branch, at "Aleksandër Moisiu" University, Durrës. She continues her studies in the Master of Science "Private Law" since 2022. She has completed various trainings in the field of private law.

Since 2022, she is part of the Viola I. Petani Notary office.

Emanuela Vata

Born in Burrel on 21.03.1996. She has been practicing law since 2019. She graduated law at the Faculty of Human Sciences in Vlora and at the same time received the title of "Professional Master" in Administrative Sciences at the University "Ismail Qemali" Vlora.

She has completed various trainings in the field of private law.

Since 2021, she is part of the Viola I. Petani Notary office.
